Overview

Sywell Country Park is located in the picturesque village of Sywell, near Northampton. It is owned by North Northamptonshire Council and managed by the Country Parks and Woodlands service and welcomes over 300,000 visitors annually.

Due to an increase in anti-social behaviour in the top car park, we are taking proactive measures to install a CCTV tower to provide additional security for visitors, our staff and volunteers. The system includes 2 x High Definition Axis cameras which will be mounted to an 8-metre cabinet-based post at the entrance of the car park. The cameras will link into the existing CCTV system and will be monitored by staff in a secure location.
