Welcome to the North Northamptonshire Council improvement works satisfaction survey. We want to get confidential feedback on the recent improvement works carried out to your home, so that we can improve our service.

Examples of improvement works include:

• New kitchen or bathroom
• Aids and adaptations
• Windows or doors
• Insulation

All of the information that you give will be kept confidential. It will be used by North Northamptonshire Council Housing Service to assess their performance and to consider how we can improve the improvement works we provide.
