Repairs Satisfaction Survey

Overview

Welcome to the North Northamptonshire Council repairs satisfaction survey. We want to get confidential feedback on the recent repairs carried out to your home, so that we can improve our service.

Examples include repairs to the following:

• The structure, exterior and interior fixtures and fittings of your home
• Installations for supplying water, gas and electricity to your property
• Wash hand basins, toilets, baths and showers installed by the council
• Internal walls, ceilings and floor surfaces
• Kitchen units, sinks and baths
• Window frames, glazing and openers
• Disabled adaptations we have made to the property
• Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms that have been fitted by the council
• Communal areas such as stairs, stores, sheds, lighting and lifts

If our team have recently carried out an improvement to your home, please go back and select the Improvement works survey. Examples of improvement works include:

• New kitchen or bathroom
• Aids and adaptations
• Windows or doors
• Insulation

Why your views matter

All of the information that you give will be kept confidential. It will be used by North Northamptonshire Council Housing Service to assess their performance and to consider how we can improve the repairs service we provide to our tenants.
