Overview

Publicising the Neighbourhood Plan Proposal

The Council formally received the Braybrooke Neighbourhood Plan proposal on 24th May 2022.  In accordance with Regulation 15 of the (Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended) the submission includes the following documents:

Plan Proposal 

  • Map identifying the area to which the proposed neighbourhood plan relates
  • Braybrooke Neighbourhood Plan
  • Consultation Statement
  • Regulation 14 Comments and Responses
  • Basic Conditions Statement
  • Strategic Environmental Assessment and Habitats Regulations Assessment Screening Report
  • Strategic Environmental Assessment and Habitats Regulations Assessment Determination Letter

In accordance with Regulation 16 of the (Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended) the Council is now publicising the Plan proposal for a period of six weeks.  Representations are invited from Monday 13th June 2022 to Monday 25th July at 11:59pm. 

Representations should address whether or not the Plan proposal meets the basic conditions and / or other matters that the independent examiner is required to consider under paragraph 8 of Schedule 4B to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).

Representations may also address whether the referendum area should be extended beyond the neighbourhood area. Further information on how the representations will be addressed can be found on the Braybrooke Neighbourhood Plan webpage.
