Overview

North Northamptonshire Council has formally received the Duddington with Fineshade Parish Neighbourhood Plan, which has been submitted in accordance with Regulation 15 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), it includes the following documents:

  • Map identifying the area to which the proposed neighbourhood plan relates
  • Duddington with Fineshade Neighbourhood Plan
  • Consultation Statement
  • Basic Conditions Statement
  • Strategic Environmental Assessment and Habitats Regulations Assessment Screening Report

In accordance with Regulation 16 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended) the Council is now publicising the Plan proposal for a period of six weeks.  Representations are invited from Friday 22 September to midnight, Friday 3 November.

Representations should address whether or not the Plan proposal meets the basic conditions and/or other matters that the independent examiner is required to consider under paragraph 8 of Schedule 4B to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).

Representations may also address whether the referendum area should be extended beyond the neighbourhood area.

Altnernatively, comments can be submitted by emailing/writing direct to the Council. Information, along with details for accessing hard copies, are included on the Council/s planning webpage.

The Regulations require that any representations made during the consultation period must be submitted to the examiner together with a summary of the main issues raised. Therefore, comments cannot be treated as confidential. They will be attributed to source and made available as public documents, although personal details will not be made publicly available.
