Overview

The council has made an immediate Article 4 Direction covering the Factory, Windmill Road, Rushden.  The direction withdraws the permitted development right concerning demolition, meaning that the demolition of the building will now require planning permission.

The direction will expire within a period of six months unless confirmed by the council before the end of this period.
