Isham Neighbourhood Plan: Targeted Consultation

Overview

North Northamptonshire Council has previously conducted a consultation on the Isham Neighbourhood Plan, which was been submitted in accordance with Regulation 16 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), between 1 September and 13 October 2026.

Following the introduction of Sections 98 and 99 of the Levelling Up and Regeneration Act 2023 on 25 March 2026, the examiner for the Isham Neighbourhood Development Plan, Mr Christopher Collison, has advised that a targeted consultation be undertaken to allow consultation on an addendum to the Basic Conditions Statement addressing these new requirements.

It has been agreed with the examiner and the Parish Council that a second targeted consultation will be re-run for a three-week period. This will provide an opportunity for representations to be made on the addendum to the Basic Conditions only. If you have previously submitted a representation, your comments will be taken into consideration by the Examiner.
