Rural health and wellbeing needs assessment

Closes 25 Mar 2025

Opened 12 Feb 2025

Overview

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.

We want to understand more about the health and wellbeing needs of people living in rural communities across North Northamptonshire. Your experiences and insights will help us build a clearer picture of what works well, what challenges you face, and how services could better meet your needs.

This survey is for anyone living in a rural area or smaller town within North Northamptonshire. Rural areas can mean different things to different people. For this survey, we are interested in hearing from anyone living in villages, hamlets, market towns, or less built-up areas, as well as from people who feel their community experiences the kinds of challenges often associated with rural living, such as limited transport or fewer local services.

Your feedback will help us:

  • Understand how easy it is to access health and wellbeing services in rural areas.
  • Highlight barriers to healthcare, wellbeing services, and community activities.
  • Identify key priorities for improving services and planning future support.
  • Advocate for better access to health and wellbeing services in rural communities.

Your responses will be carefully analysed and combined with other data to guide decisions about funding, service improvements, and future planning. All answers are anonymous, and no one will be able to identify you from your responses.

The survey should take around 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

The survey will close at 23.59 on 25 March 2025.
