Young People Smoking and Vaping survey

Overview

This short survey is for young people aged up to 25 who live in North Northamptonshire. It asks about smoking, vaping and other nicotine products.

There are no right or wrong answers – we just want your honest views. You don’t have to answer anything you don’t want to, and your answers are anonymous.

We want to understand:

• why young people do or don’t start smoking or vaping
• how it makes them feel
• what would help if they want to stop or cut down

What you tell us will be used to help shape information, support and activities for young people locally.

If you are under 16, you may want to complete this survey with a parent, carer or trusted adult, especially if you are unsure about any of the questions
