Consultation on the proposed school admission arrangements for September 2027
Overview
When changes are proposed to admission arrangements, all admission authorities must consult on their admission arrangements (including any supplementary information forms) that will apply for admission applications the following school year. Where the admission arrangements have not changed from the previous year there is no requirement to consult. However, admission authorities must consult on their admission arrangements at least once every 7 years, even if there have been no changes during that period.
North Northamptonshire Council hosts on its website an annual school admissions consultation for schools of all types in the council area, should they request to be included. The consultation aims to raise awareness of any proposed changes to school admission arrangements and invites comments from all interested parties.
The consultation on the admission arrangements for mainstream schools in North Northamptonshire for September 2027 will run from:
Monday 10 November 2025 to Wednesday 31 December 2025.
