Public Spaces Protection Order Extension - Isebrook and Victoria Ward Alley Gates

Overview

North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) is currently reviewing the Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) which currently applies to four alley gates in the Wellingborough Ward of Isebrook and Victoria and would like your views.

The current PSPO was granted in November 2020 for a period of three years, and an extension is now proposed for a further period of three years, from November 2023 to November 2026. There are no proposed changes to the Order or the geographical area, shown in these maps.

What is the PSPO?

Public Spaces Protection Orders were created by the 2014 Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act to deal with any nuisances or problems in a particular area that affects the local community’s quality of life.

In November 2020 a PSPO covering the Wellingborough Ward of Isebrook and Victoria was granted.
